Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, EXCHANGE only!  Once hair is received please inspect the quality of your product, as we give you 3 business days for an exchange.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase we can replace or discount you for future purchases.  Hair must be in it's original condition.  We WILL NOT exchange any hair that has been washed or installed.  For those who wish to cancel their order, the order must be canceled within 24 hours of the original purchase.  Thank you for going PLATINUM!
